Easy Summer Pops for Kids

Welcome summer with these delicious healthy popsicles

 These popsicles are delicious, easy, and healthy!

Here is what you need:

8 frozen strawberries

1 can full fat coconut milk

2-3 tablespoons chia seeds

Stevia/Xylitol to taste

Throw all the ingredients in the blender, blend and pour into popsicle molds. Once frozen, enjoy! The popsicles are perfect for hot summer days!

When my daughter was a 18 months and teething during the summer, these were the perfect thing to chew on to help ease the discomfort! I also enjoy them for myself!
