Virginia is for Doulas is beyond thrilled to bring you our cesarean/vbac support group to the Winchester area! We want families who are considering or planning a VBAC to have a safe, open place to discuss VBAC options and find support along the way.

Anyone who has had a cesarean and anyone planning a VBAC/VBAMC (vaginal support after cesarean) and looking for support in finding a provider, mentally preparing for birth, support and so much more!
What is the VBAC support group for?
First and foremost, positive support. Planning a VBAC involves a support system for you every step of the way! It means helping you find a provider that will support your goals of a successful, safe vbac and surrounding yourself with positive support along the way as you prepare to meet your baby.
Hearing successful stories, asking questions, finding resources and information to make decisions, talking about ACOG VBAC guidelines, as you determine if a VBAC is the right option for you. We are here to help you along the way!
When and where will the Winchester VBAC support group meet?
The VBAC support group will meet monthly at the Virginia is for Doulas office at 2400 Valley Ave. Winchester,, VA. See our events page for details on each months upcoming events!
** At this time our Facebook group, Winchester VBAC Support Group is not open to providers or birthworkers who have not had cesareans or vbacs. We want to make this a safe space for families and will re-evaluate as needed.
