I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people! We had their support postpartum with our third baby and all I can say is I wish I had known about them sooner! I would highly recommend their services to anyone! - Google Review from Lindsay S.
What are your support options?
We offer daytime support which allows you and your family to enjoy each day with your new baby or babies feeling assured that you have an extra set of hands for whatever you may need. We want you to thrive through your postpartum recovery. We want you to have the extra set of professional hands to allow you to have help with errands, meal planning, sleep, emotional recovery, systems that make your life with a little one.
Overnight support with our postpartum specialists mostly focuses on getting your family sleep! Many new parents worry about their baby’s safety and sleeping and can only rest when they are assured that their baby is in the hands of professionals at night so that the parents can sleep. Additionally, night time feeds often need assistance in those first few weeks, what better than a postpartum doula, familiar with breastfeeding to help you through those night time feeds.
The first few weeks after birth are vitally important and lay the foundation of your full recovery and journey into parenting. Accepting help empowers you to have the recovery you have envisioned.
How to secure support?
Almost all of our postpartum families reach out to us in pregnancy and book their initial set of postpartum hours, most first time families start with 200-300 hours and most of our multiples families start with 400+ hours. You will have the option to extend after you have finished your initial hours. Some of our clients are not sure how many hours to begin with, so they book our “ introduction to postpartum” package, which offers 20 hours of care, to get a feel for it before booking a larger package.
The hours you book are yours to use as you need, be that daytime support only, overnight newborn support only, or a mix of day and overnight care. You will have guidance on how to schedule and use your hours based off of your needs, goals and hours booked. Once your baby arrives, we will schedule your hours and begin care.
